the room i stayed in was a good size and the price seemed very fair for what was provided. it had everything i needed for a short stay. Easy parking outside was definitely a plus. i found the self check-in to be very straightforward and convenient.
the Walls seem a bit thin i could hear some noise from other rooms.

a little kitchenette on the landing provided a microwave, toaster and kettle. coffee and tea bags are available for making hot drinks. this setup made it easy to prepare simple meals and beverages.

the hotel is close to Edge hill Station, GREAT. There is a bus stop just five minutes away, very convenient for getting into the city center. Street parking outside the hotel is also available and free.

Great Stay Near the City

My room was modern and a good size. I found the bed comfy. A hanging rail was available (with hangers included) as well as a mirror and chair. The kitchenette on the landing had a fridge, toaster, kettle and microwave. It was great I could make hot drinks with coffee and tea bags provided.
There was some dust. I felt it was more than I'd have liked to find in both common and private spaces. The floor could have felt cleaner.

The double room had a comfortable bed and plenty of towels. I found a sink in the shared bathroom where the plug stayed in, great for a comfortable shave. The shower was very good.

There is a microwave, toaster, kettle, coffee maker and a fridge available to use. The instructions for accessing the room arrived on the day of my stay. This made the check-in process easy.

There are good transport links back into the city center. A bus stop is a short walk away (about 5 minutes), providing frequent buses into the center. I found free street parking right outside the hotel.
